Bitta-Bu Cocktail Recipe
Materials
- 1 ounce Malibu Rum
- 1/2 ounce Pimm's No. 1
- 1/2 ounce Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 2 1- inch pieces Salted Pineapple
- Angostura Bitters for spritzing
- Lemon Twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, expect Angostura bitters and lemon twist, to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Spritz Angostura bitters over the top of the drink.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
