Sriracha Aioli Cole Slaw Recipe

I created Sriracha Aioli Cole Slaw one afternoon because I was craving a slaw with a bit of "bite." 5 ingredients and 5 minutes is all it takes to make this spicy slaw.

Materials

  • 8 cups Cabbage
  • 1 - 1 1/4 cup Sriracha Aioli See Note below for Recipe
  • 1/2 cup Candied JalapeƱos and/or Spicy Sweet Pickles
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo store-bought or homemade, very well drained
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Taste. Adjust amount of aioli, to taste, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve.
