Sausage Balls have been a Holiday tradition at our house for many years. People love these easy-to-eat little treats.
Sausage Balls Recipe
Normanda makes these for every holiday meal and party and they are always a big hit. At parties they are the kind of treat that people love to grab throughout the night and nibble on as they mingle and talk. So be sure and make a large batch – maybe double or triple the recipe for large parties – and leave them out all night.
These taste best warm. But they are quite good at room temperature or even chilled a bit – So they are perfect for tailgating or other outdoor parties.
Be sure to serve these with toothpicks and offer several dips or sauces – especially a good Buttermilk Ranch Dipping Sauce – for even more flavor. And compliments.
