Southern Cocktail #005 is Party Hardly Cocktail
Today’s Southern Cocktail, the Party Hardly Cocktail comes from the Beauty Shop Restaurant and Lounge in Memphis, TN. Food and cocktails are served at refurbished hair dryer stations in this beauty parlor turned award-winning lounge and restaurant.

Party Hardly Cocktail Recipe
Yield: 1
Materials
- 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
- 2 ounces Cognac
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 ounce chilled Ginger Ale
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all ingredients. Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
