Instructions
First Things First
If making homemade remoulade sauce, make it now using your best recipe - or one of the recipes listed below this recipe box. Set aside.
Place a medium skillet over medium heat on stove top.
Place butter in skillet and allow to melt and heat.
Scatter onions sliced in skillet.
Sauté onions until translucent and caramelized.
Remove from onions. Set aside and keep warm.
If using raw catfish fillets, fry them using your best recipe - or one of the recipes listed below this recipe box. Set aside and keep warm.
Assemble the Sliders
Place 12 slider bottom buns on a serving dish.
Tear and place lettuce on top of each bun.
Top lettuce with 1 or more slices of tomato.
Trim to size and carefully place 1 catfish fillet onto each tomato.
Spoon a nice helping of sautéed onions on top of each fillet.
Drizzle remoulade sauce on top. Allow to dip down the sides for a good look.
Carefully place top bun on and press down, just a little, to seat.
Serve.
